One of myriad reasons I live in California, $1.25 tacos al pastor from a taco truck:
That's a Mexican Coke too, baby. My belly is singing.

Oh man was that delicious.
Al Pastor was, quite, a religious experience for me, on my first foray into the more remote regions of the Menu posted on the wall of "Big E's" in San Diego on the corner of Fletcher-Parkway and Navajo.
The other white meat, dipped red, encapulated in luscious cornmeal laminate, soaked in salsa...
My tongue swims in a sea of saliva, now, just remembering it.
And I mean that. Really. Now just blowing words around on this one. Nope.
My heart aches.
My belly cries tears for you, Knaak, living in the Midwest. Yeah, there's nothing like it anywhere else. Well, except Mexico.
